LeFou’s Brew: This frozen apple juice concoction features a hint of toasted marshmallow and come topped with mango and passion fruit foam. It can be purchased in a souvenir stein. The foamy, frothy mix of tropical flavors is a great way to reenergize and rehydrate. Available at Gaston’s Tavern in Fantasyland.

Brownie sundae: Feeling thirsty with just a hint of hunger pangs? The browniesundae at Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies in Tomorrowland is the just the thing to satisfy both. Bacon, macaroni and cheese spring rolls: Often sold out by noon, these finger-licking good spring rolls available at the Adventureland cart are a must-try snack at Magic Kingdom.
