Tips on eating at Magic Kingdom restaurants without reservations
Last-Minute Reservations: If you didn’t get a table at your favorite Magic Kingdom restaurant, in advance, be sure to check the My Disney Experience app on the day of your visit. Sometimes, there are super last-minute reservations available at even the most popular places. You might just get lucky and get a reservation at a Magic Kingdom restaurant a couple of hours before you want to eat. Of course, you can also try and see if they’re taking walk-ins at mealtimes.
Walk-Ins: If you’re hedging your bets and hoping you’ll get a table at a Magic Kingdom restaurant without reservations, the best time for walk-ins is just when they open or an hour or so before closing time – that’s when they’re likeliest to be empty.
Mobile Ordering: The Walt Disney World Resort mobile ordering service makes it easy for you to order ahead and pay for your food online from quick service and table service restaurants. You can place orders through the My Disney Experience app and pick up fresh food at your requested time.
Rainy Days: When it’s a wet day at Disney World, many resort guests tend to skip a park visit and hang at the hotel. As a result, restaurants at the resorts can fill up pretty quickly, but you might be able to snag a table at a restaurant in Magic Kingdom without a reservation due to low attendance.
Resort Restaurants: If you’ve got a restaurant at a Disney Resort hotel that you absolutely want to try but don’t have reservations, your best bet is lunchtime when most guests are at the theme parks. Breakfast and dinner, not so much.
So, as you can see there are dozens of places where you can eat at Magic Kingdom without dining reservations. And we hope some of the tips mentioned above will help you eat at your most desired table service restaurants in Magic Kingdom.
